What gender is Taskmaster?

Anthony “Tony” Masters, also known as Taskmaster, was given that name since it suited his unique abilities. He rapidly became aware of his memory skills while growing up in the Bronx in New York City. After watching a cowboy show on television, he quickly mastered the lasso maneuvers.

Why doesn’t Jonnie Peacock have a Taskmaster account?
