Swarm on Prime Video has generated a lot of controversy since it debuted earlier this month. Following internet criticism of a graphic s*x scene starring Chlöe Bailey and Damson Idris, a scene starring Rory Culkin has also aroused discussion.
The sitcom, which Donald Glover and Janine Nabers created, stars Dominique Fishback as Andrea “Dre” Greene, a music enthusiast who develops an obsession with Ni’Jah (Nirine S. Brown), her favorite musician, and who will do anything, no matter how heinous, to win her favor.
In the scenario, the actor Culkin plays a man who steals Dre’s virginity, but then events take an unexpected turn. Here is all the information you require.
Rory Culkin’s Swarm N*dity Scene Sparks Debate After Chloe Bailey Controversy
The event that stirred discussion among followers on Twitter happened the morning after Dre hooked up with the unnamed man. In it, Culkin’s persona gives Dre a bowl of strawberries arranged so that Dre can see his penis as he rubs it against the glass.
Glover’s co-creator Janine Nabers revealed to Insider at the SXSW festival that the sequence was inspired by the singer/actor/writer/director.
“Donald told this very funny story about a girl who he really liked, and how after they hooked up, he was standing there with a bowl of cherries, just being like, ‘Hey,'” Nabers recalled.
“She was like, so not into it, because it’s so weird to hook up with a guy that you barely know and then wake up with him holding a bowl of cherries.”
“I was like, ‘I’m stealing that,'” Nabers added of her response to Glover’s story. “And he was like, ‘All right.’ So I just ran with it.”

Fans of the show questioned the scene and voiced their opinions on witnessing a full-frontal scene on Twitter despite the fact that it was based on actual occurrences.
One commenter commented-
“Prime premiered the new series “Swarm” today and there’s good news and bad news. The good news is that there is real, actual peen from the Rory Culkin character. The bad news is that it’s pretty obviously a body double. Still, peen is peen, and that’s never a bad thing.”

Was the Rory Culkin strawberry moment essential? A different viewer asked. Nevertheless, one viewer believed that “Rory Culkin didn’t get enough screen time in Swarm for my liking.”
As one fan exclaimed-
“I screamed seeing Rory Culkin in swarm and then screamed 30 seconds later seeing the bowl of strawberries, i’m obsessed with the show already.”

A different person responded to it by saying-
“Quite a few people were talking about Rory Culkin being in Swarm all for the main thing his character did was press his flaccid penis up against a bowl of strawberries. And the saddest thing is, that visual is STILL burned into my mind.”
