On Aug. 14 at 7:15 p.m. A man who recently graduated from Cornell University and moved to the Bay Area after being hired by Netflix to work as a software engineer is the subject of a missing person investigation in San Jose, California. The missing man is 22 years old.
It was around 7:15 p.m. on Monday when Yohanes S. Kidane was spotted for the final time. He was getting into an Uber vehicle at 28 N. 4th St. in San Jose.
A New York State family is in San Francisco searching for their missing son and brother, Yohanes Kidane, 22.

The last time anyone saw KIdane, he was dressed in black sneakers, a black hoodie, and gray sweatpants.
His cell phone, wallet, and backpack have been found in the area of San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge Welcome Center, which is situated immediately south of the bridge. The position of his phone was determined to be on the Golden Gate Bridge during the entirety of Monday evening.
Kidane relocated to San Jose two weeks ago to begin working at Netflix as a software developer. He was just recently hired for the position.

He is African American, 22 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, and weighs 150 pounds.
