Persona 3 Reload Release Date & Platforms
Release dates for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC versions of Persona 3 Reload have been set for February 2, 2024.

This is the first main-series Persona game to come out on all current-gen systems. Originally available only on PlayStation, the series expanded to Xbox and Nintendo Switch in October with the release of Persona 5 Royal.

Persona 3 Reload Gameplay
The Gamescom trailer for Persona 3 Reload gives us a glimpse of the game’s gameplay, and it’s clear that it’s a remake using the Persona 5 engine. We see familiar elements like classrooms, battles, the iconic Persona 3 music, and more.
The game has a stylish look, with a beautiful colour palette and signature Persona series visual effects. The trailer also introduces us to the S.E.E.S. (Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad) and the cast of characters you’ll encounter.

Persona 3 Reload Trailer
Although the game’s video leaked before of time, the remake was officially presented as part of the Xbox Games Showcase 2023 event. A few days later, a second trailer was published, confirming that the game would also be released for PlayStation consoles.
On July 3, 2023, another clip showing more gameplay from the planned remake was released on YouTube. The video depicted Yukari Takeba fighting with a bow and arrow, as well as a bonding session between the protagonist and Junpei Iori.
On August 23, 2023, a fourth gameplay trailer was released, confirming the game’s release date and giving fans a new look at the major characters in the revamped visual style.

In high school, the S.E.E.S. group investigates the Dark Hour, a strange time period between one day and the next that most people are unaware of. During the Dark Hour, the group investigates the ‘Tartarus’ tower, which houses shadows and creatures that feed on human thoughts. During the battle, the party summons Persona to combat the shadows and save humanity.
