Bloodborne enthusiasts should mark their calendars for this upcoming Sunday, March 24th, as the community plans to revisit the game together.
Despite being a standout title from FromSoftware, it’s been nine years since its release, and many fans have since shifted their focus to other games, especially those from the same developer.
Since Bloodborne’s launch in 2015, FromSoftware has introduced several other acclaimed titles like Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Dark Souls 3, and Elden Ring, among others.
With the Elden Ring DLC set for release on June 21st, most fans are currently immersed in that open-world experience. As a result, engaging in Bloodborne’s co-op and PvP aspects has become increasingly challenging.
However, from March 24th to April 7th, Bloodborne enthusiasts are encouraged to participate in the “Return to Yharnam 2024” event.
During this time, players are encouraged to create new characters, engage in cooperative gameplay as much as possible, and leave special messages next to lanterns that say “You’re in the know, right?” For those who missed out on experiencing Bloodborne’s initial release or simply wish to relive its glory days, March 24th will be the perfect opportunity to dive back into the game.

Purchase: The base game is available digitally on the PlayStation Store for $19.99 USD. You can also get the Complete Edition which includes the Old Hunters expansion, for $34.99 USD.
PS Plus: If you have an active PlayStation Plus subscription, you might be able to access Bloodborne through the PS Plus Collection (if you claimed it before it ended) or the PS Plus Extra tier.
Community Event:
Interestingly, there is a community-driven Bloodborne event taking place right now! “Return to Yharnam 2024” runs from March 24 to April 7. This is an excellent opportunity to play with other hunters (co-op) and enjoy a refreshed online buzz.
