Terrifier 3 is the third installment in the horror franchise, following Art the Clown, a silent and cruel killer who terrorizes his victims on Halloween night.
Damien Leone created and directed the film, as well as developing the character of Art the Clown, as well as the two previous films, Terrifier (2016) and Terrifier 2 (2022).

Terrifier 3’s work was halted due to the writers’ and performers’ strikes that afflicted the entertainment business in 2023. The strikes were settled by the end of the year, and Terrifier 3 was set to begin filming in February 2024.
Leone also revealed that he had cast professional wrestler and actor Chris Jericho in a major role, as well as a controversial opening scene that would shock the audience.
Terrifier 3’s release date was confirmed in November 2023, when Cineverse, the film’s distributor, stated that the picture would be released in theaters on October 25, 2024, just in time for Halloween. The film will also be available exclusively on Cineverse’s Screambox service, a horror-focused platform.

The Plot and the Cast of Terrifier 3
Terrifier 3 will continue the story of Art the Clown, who survived the events of Terrifier 2 and is now on the run. In the film, which will be set on Christmas Eve, Art will unleash his mayhem on the unsuspecting inhabitants of Miles County.
The film will also disclose Art’s origins and aims, as well as his connection to Victoria Heyes, the sole survivor of the original film who was possessed by Art’s spirit at the end of Terrifier 2.
David Howard Thornton will play Art the Clown, the series’s main antagonist, who tortures and kills his victims using various weapons and tactics. Lauren LaVera will reprise her role as Sienna Shaw, the heroine from Terrifier 2, who escaped Art’s grasp and is desperate to stop him.
