The Cobra Kai Season 6 release date is all that fans of the program want to know after a great season 5. The series continued the saga of The Karate Kid trilogy from the 1980s and modernized the franchise. Chozen, Daniel LaRusso, and Johnny Lawrence have paired up to compete in the forthcoming Sekai Takai competition, and their students Miguel, Robbie, Eli, Tory, Samantha, and others will compete. Is There a Cobra Kai Season 6 Release Date?

The release date for Cobra Kai Season 6 might come in late 2024 or even 2025. They’ve finished writing the scripts for Season 6, and they were supposed to start filming in the summer of 2023.

However, due to strikes involving the writers and actors, they had to delay filming the final season. Depending on how quickly they can make the show, we might have to wait until late 2024 or possibly 2025 to see it.

Returning Characters in Cobra Kai Season 6

Until now, Cobra Kai has brought back characters from the original Karate Kid movies. But there are rumors that in Season 6, they might also include characters from the 1994 movie “The Next Karate Kid,” and there’s a chance Hillary Swank could return as Julie. Some other familiar faces from Cobra Kai’s impressive cast are expected to make a comeback as well.

Will Xolo Maridueña Be in Cobra Kai Season 6?

Xolo Maridueña, who plays Miguel in Cobra Kai, has a big movie coming out on August 18, 2023! He’s starring as Jaime Reyes, also known as Blue Beetle, in a new DC movie called “Blue Beetle.” Even though he’s joining the DC Universe, it seems he’ll also be returning for Cobra Kai Season 6. We hope that filming for the final season won’t clash with his other projects.

How Many Seasons of Cobra Kai Are There?

Cobra Kai has had five seasons up to now. The first two seasons were on YouTube, and then it became a Netflix original series starting from season 3. We’ve already enjoyed three official Netflix original seasons (3, 4, and 5), and now we’re eagerly awaiting season 6.
