Shelley Lair is 123 pounds and 5 feet, 3 inches tall. The last time anyone saw her, she had on a hot pink tank top and black shorts. Shelley was also seen driving a red Ford Focus with spray paint on the passenger side, either gray or green. The Focus has a license plate from Kentucky that says BWV609.
The Sheriff’s Office thinks that Jocelyn Lair is in great danger because her mother has a history of drug use and the child has been around drugs and overdosed before.
Call 911 or the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office at (606) 348-5416 if you see Shelley or Jocelyn.
