She claims in the book that she found out she was pregnant with her son, Jaden Smith, seconds after having intercourse with Will Smith. She claims she felt a “pop” in her lower belly and a “rush of energy” that told her she was pregnant. She describes it as a “spiritual experience” in which she felt linked to her unborn kid.

Jada’s hunch proved right as the days passed when she initially became pregnant. Two weeks later, several pregnancy tests confirmed what she had suspected in her heart.

She also adds that after Will Smith proposed to her, she bought her own engagement ring because she wanted to be in charge of her own life and happiness. She claims she was not prepared to marry at the time, but she did it for the sake of their child.
