Elon Musk expressed frustration and concern Thursday over a series of violent incidents targeting Tesla vehicles, dealerships, and charging stations, calling the attacks unjust and deeply troubling.
Musk: “Tesla Has Done Nothing Wrong”
Speaking with Fox News’ Bret Baier, the Tesla CEO decried the surge in vandalism, arguing that his company has only focused on producing innovative electric vehicles and should not be subjected to such hostility.
“A serious injustice is being done to Tesla employees, customers, and the company as a whole,” Musk stated. “We make great products, and we haven’t harmed anyone, so why is this happening?”
Tesla Sites Vandalized Across the U.S.
In recent weeks, multiple Tesla locations have been vandalized, set on fire, or defaced in apparent retaliation against Musk’s leadership of the Department of Environmental Efficiency under President Trump.
The incidents have ranged from:
-
Tesla vehicles being keyed and spray-painted with anti-Trump messages
-
Charging stations being firebombed with Molotov cocktails
-
Dealerships being set ablaze or even shot at
Additionally, Musk and Tesla employees have reportedly received death threats, escalating concerns about safety.

Musk Blames “Propaganda” for Tesla Attacks
Musk suggested that misinformation and political bias are fueling the attacks, rather than rational grievances.
“The real issue isn’t just the people committing these violent acts,” he explained. “The problem lies with those spreading propaganda that inspires them to do it.”
Musk warned that he and his team would take action against those responsible for spreading anti-Tesla sentiment.
Musk Defends Trump
During the interview, Musk was also asked to share something about Trump that might surprise people. He responded with praise, calling the president “a good and honest man” and stating that he had never seen Trump do anything that he considered morally wrong.
“Not even once,” Musk said.
As tensions around Tesla and its leadership continue to escalate, Musk maintains that his focus remains on innovation and progress—despite the challenges and threats his company now faces.
