On July 13, 2023, a horrific car accident occurred on Magnolia Bridge Road near the East Baton Rouge-Livingston parish line. Caleb Easterling, a 19-year-old citizen of Louisiana, was ki!!ed in the unfortunate tragedy. A 1998 Dodge Dakota driven by William Kox crossed the center line and struck head-on with Caleb Easterling’s 2009 Ford F-150 around 2:15 p.m.

Another vehicle heading west on LA 64 collided with the rear of a 2015 Dodge Charger F-150. Caleb Easterling, who was not wearing a seatbelt, d!ed as a result of his injuries despite being evacuated to a hospital.
