Season 7 of Below Deck Mediterranean premieres just in time for fans of a reality television drama set on the Seven Seas as Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 3 comes to an end.
For lifelong followers of the program, this new season will be similar in that Captain Sandy is once more in charge of the ship, steering both visitors and crew.
However, this time around, the majority of the team will be changed. The new faces will undoubtedly bring a novel spin to the now-classic reality show.
Never forget, though, that no Below Deck crew, no matter who is working there, is without a sense of disorder. While attempting to maintain harmony among the characters of some unique yachting guests, viewers can anticipate that Captain Sandy’s new crew will undoubtedly have their fair share of romantic disputes and professional conflicts.
Here is all the information we have regarding Below Deck Mediterranean season 7.

Below Deck Mediterranean Season 7 Cast
Only two recognizable characters are returning for the upcoming season of Below Deck Mediterranean. Mzi “Zee” Dempers is one of those people. During season 6, the deckhand quickly gained popularity with the audience.
Naturally, Captain Sandy Yawn is the other cast member who has returned for another season of yachting. Without Captain Sandy commanding the crew and pleasing the charter passengers, what would these series be? She has been in the industry for more than 3 decades and has already finished six seasons of Below Deck Mediterranean. She has done a fantastic job of winning the admiration of Bravo viewers as well as the respect of her yachting peers.
Dempers, Captain Sandy, Chef Dave White, Bosun Raygan Tyler, Stews Natalya Scudder, Kyle Viljoen, and Deckhands Storm Smith and Jason Gaskell will be working alongside Dempers and Captain Sandy this season.

Below Deck Mediterranean Season 6: Recap
Who else but Below Deck Mediterranean would dare to present a new cast member in the season finale? That’s right, in the Season 6 finale, which is now accessible on Peacock, we get to meet potential cast member Chef Luka Grubisic, who had to spend a lot of time in isolation in case Chef Mathew Shea stormed off the boat once more.
Captain Sandy encouraged Luka to stop by the boat to say hi as the crew members were preparing for their last night of drinking. Deckhands Lloyd, David, and Mzi welcome Chef Luka as he approaches and shows him around the boat while they smoke cigarettes.
When asked about his quarantine, he replies, “It was not actually so easy, four walls for four weeks,” to Captain Sandy’s inquiry. He walks down to the crew mess and says to Malia, “I was a backup chef for you guys, if something goes wrong,” while Mathew puts on a fake smile and retreats to his room to avoid an uncomfortable conversation. In his discussion, he declares, “It’s fucking unpleasant.”
That doesn’t stop Croatian-born Chef Luka from having a beer with the team. Naturally, Katie gives him a pleasant greeting and makes an effort to strike up a conversation with him about how he spent the isolation exercising in his room. Due to his tattoo, Mathew tries his best to determine if he is a Scorpio, and hey, credit to him for using astrology to break the ice—can’t be mad at that. However, Luka clarifies that it is a lobster tattoo, not a scorpion tattoo, and that’s correct.
So what more about Chef Luka did we miss out on? It turns out that he specialized in “healthy, nutritious, and tasty food from all over the world” and has experience cooking “Mediterranean, Dalmatian, and Italian meals.” Oh, and prior to his career as a yacht chef? NBD, he simply spent more than 15 years working as a freaking fashion designer, including working with Oscar de la Renta and starting his own fashion companies.
And even though we might have missed out on some of his really amazing stories, you can still witness his culinary creations because he frequently publishes them on his Instagram account, @luka chef.
