Alice in Wonderland

The anticipation for Tim Burton’s 3D “Alice in Wonderland” could not have been higher. A better match in artistic sensibilities than between director Tim Burton and Lewis Carroll’s classics “Alice in Wonderland” and “Through the Looking Glass” would be hard to imagine, as the material seemed custom-made for the director.

‘August: Osage County’ is hotter than hell

The best theater is like a snapshot of real life, just wittier. “August: Osage County” at the Fox Theater was a look into a reality few would wish on themselves.
