Kanye West Is Suspected Of Battery Inquiry After Throwing Away Woman’s Phone

Kanye West battery investigation tossing a woman phone

Kanye West is reportedly being looked into because he allegedly grabbed a woman’s phone and threw it when she wouldn’t stop filming him.

According to a viral video, the rapper-turned-fashion designer was leaving his daughter North’s basketball game when he noticed that paparazzi were following him.

He allegedly got out of his car and confronted her while she filmed him from her own car. It’s not clear if she was a fan or just a fan.

“You didn’t have to run up on me like that,” he told the woman who held her phone up to his face.

“When I tell you to stop, put down your cameras!”

Ye is said to have reached into the woman’s car, grabbed her phone, and thrown it away when she tried to argue that she could film him because he was “famous.”

He is said to have confronted another papa as he walked away. But it’s not clear what he told him to make him stop.

It’s not clear how long the woman allegedly filmed West, 45, or what happened before he got out of his car and confronted her.

TMZ’s police sources say that deputies from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department were called to the scene around 4:30 p.m. And we were given video proof of what happened.

According to the news source, a photo was taken of the woman leaving the sheriff’s office and talking to police officers.

Tmz says that West is now being looked into as a suspect in a battery case.

But that wasn’t the only time today that West asked to be left alone. In another part of the clip, he got back into his car and stopped in front of a group of paparazzi who were filming the whole thing.

“You Want Me to Run Up on Your Kids’ Games Like That?” Ye told the Pap, who tried to defend himself by saying, “There are a hundred of us.”

“When I see my kids, everyone needs to stop.” “You can’t take a picture of me if I need to see my kids,” West went on. “We call it human rights.”

Again, when the paparazzi tried to tell Ye that they could take his picture because they were on a public street, Ye just looked at him and then drove off with his new “bride,” 27-year-old Bianca Censori, in the passenger seat.

Ye’s fight with the paparazzi comes just one day after he was seen shopping with Censori at Balenciaga, even though they had cut ties with him because he had made anti-Semitic comments on social media.

He was seen in the store looking at shoes with the Australian Yeezy employee he reportedly married in a non-legal ceremony earlier this month.

Even though this new part of Ye’s life seems to be a happy one, sources told Page Six that the Kardashians are worried about the quick wedding.

“The family isn’t seeing this as a marriage yet,” said a source close to the situation. They have no idea what it is. They don’t know if it’s a publicity stunt or not. They are waiting to see if he applies for papers. They’re worried because, if it’s true, she’ll be in the lives of the children.

In 2022, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West divorced. They had been married for seven years and had four children together.
