Madonna, who was rushed to the ICU after being hospitalized with a bacterial infection on Saturday, is allegedly still fighting the effects of her illness. She began puking on Saturday when the symptoms started, and she reportedly “collapsed” at the moment.
Additionally, sources previously informed that Madonna had to spend at least one night in the ICU being intubated after becoming “unresponsive” at one point. Before the illness, it was thought that the Grammy winner’s demanding preparation regimen for her “Celebration” tour was to blame.
Madonna has been “strenuously rehearsing” for weeks and putting in “12-hour days” to prepare, Page Six reported.
However, the music icon had been displaying symptoms of deteriorating health for some time and battling a fever for a month. Madonna ignored her signs and never saw a doctor because she was preoccupied with her upcoming tour, which was supposed to begin on July 15.

Guy Oseary, the longtime manager of the “Express Yourself” singer who first revealed the news of his client’s illness, later confirmed that the tour had been postponed.
The music executive, 50, said in a statement on Instagram on Wednesday (June 28).
“At this time, we will need to pause all commitments, which includes the tour.”
“We will share more details with you as soon as we have them, including a new start date for the tour and for rescheduled shows.”
