Kevin’s family and close friends will gather for a private memorial service. His obituary details have yet to be disclosed. We will update you with further information about him as soon as possible. Please send your thoughts and prayers to the deceased’s family and friends during this difficult time.

His devoted family, which consists of daughter Arden, sons Finn and Oliver, and wife of 22 years, Jessica (Hoffman) Scott, also survives. Along with his mother, Sheridan (Remortel) Scott of Centerville, MD, sisters Debbie Tomassoni and Tracey Armiger of Centerville and Kent Island, respectively, also survive Kevin.

Kevin developed a love for his family, Maryland, and the outdoors while growing up on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, which would later influence his career and pursuits. He particularly loved fishing, boating, and barbecuing for his family. He also loved gathering crabs and spending time on or near the ocean.

His passion for designing stunning outdoor areas has produced a legacy of meaningful locations to remember him. Kevin established customs with his extended family and lifelong friends that will endure and keep him here with us: summer trips to Ocean City, NJ, “solving the problems of the world” with friends around a fire pit on any given night, and supporting his alma mater, the University of Maryland, in all sports.
