Kanye West’s Instagram and Twitter accounts have been suspended following anti-Semitic postings over the weekend.

Twitter froze his account on Sunday after removing one of West’s tweets in which he said he was going “death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE” because it broke the service’s hate speech policy.

“I’m a little sleepy tonight, but when I wake up, I’m going to the death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE.” The irony is that I can’t be anti-Semitic since black people are truly Jews. “You guys have toyed with me and tried to blackball everyone who opposes your agenda,” he tweeted in a series of tweets on Saturday. The tweet has since been withdrawn, and West’s account has been suspended.

“The account in issue was locked due to a violation of Twitter’s regulations,” a Twitter spokeswoman informed BuzzFeed News.

West’s Instagram account was also limited by the social media platform Meta after the rapper made an antisemitic post on Friday in which he appeared to indicate that the rapper Diddy was controlled by Jewish people, an antisemitic cliche, according to NBC News.

The controversial musician, who legally changed his name to Ye, was recently chastised for wearing a “white lives matter” T-shirt to Paris Fashion Week. He also had models wear shirts with the wording that the Anti-Defamation League labels a “hate slogan.”

The league, which tracks violent extremists, writes on its website that the phrase has been pushed by white nationalist groups.

West told Tucker Carlson of Fox News that the shirt was “funny” and “the obvious thing to do.”

“I told Carlson, ‘I thought the shirt was a hilarious shirt; I thought the concept of me wearing it was humorous.'” “And I asked him, ‘Dad, what made you think it was funny?'” ‘Just a Black man saying the obvious,’ he replied.”

During the same interview, West informed Carlson that Jared Kushner, former President Donald Trump’s Jewish son-in-law, brokered Middle East peace deals “to earn money.”

West was diagnosed with bipolar disorder several years ago and has openly discussed his mental health issues.
