Marsiglio, a resident of North Huntingdon, was driving his vehicle eastbound down the road, according to the Westmoreland County Coroner’s office. He could not negotiate a curve in the street, forcing his car to swerve off the road’s shoulder. This resulted in a collision with a utility pole, which caused the vehicle to overturn many times.

Marsiglio was tragically ejected from the vehicle during the crash and was pronounced dead at the site. According to the first findings of the coroner’s investigation, both excessive speed and alcohol use played a role in the tragic event.
