A 16-year-old boy was one of the victims of the Walmart shooting in Chesapeake.

On Tuesday, gunman Andre Bing opened fire inside a department store, killing Fernando Chavez Jr. and five other people. There were at least four more casualties.

A chilling “manifesto,” detailing the shooter’s motivation for the mass murder in Virginia just before Thanksgiving, was discovered on his cellphone.

Local news sources said that a law enforcement source said that Bing was “upset” about a change in his job status and that coworkers were “harassing” him.

An ex-colleague of his said he was paranoid about being recorded by the government. One eyewitness to the attack claims to have seen him specifically target a few individuals.

Yesterday, Vice President Joe Biden said that the mass shooting at an LGBT+ club in Colorado Springs over the weekend demonstrated the need to ban “sick” assault weapons that serve no social purpose.
