Lawrence Bishnoi, a close acquaintance of Goldy Brar who is being held at Tihar Jail number 8, is being remanded by Punjab Police. In connection with the shooting, he will be questioned.

An FIR has been filed under sections 302, 307, 341, 148, 149, 427, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, as well as sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, based on a complaint filed by Moose Wala’s father.

According to India Today, Sidhu Moose Wala was shot and killed with an AN-94 Russian assault rifle (Avtomat Nikonova type of 1994). Furthermore, the number plates of the vehicles involved in the attack were discovered to be phony.
