Early Years
In Worcester, Massachusetts, on March 25, 1985, Scott Stallings was born. Tim and Cheryl Stallings have him. Scott went to school in Oak Ridge at Oak Ridge High School. He played golf at the all-state level and was a four-year Dean’s List member. He then enrolled in Tennessee Tech.
In 2006, Scott was recognized as an All-American. He also won the title of Ohio Valley Conference Player of the Year twice. He participated in two golf tours, the Tarheel Tour and the NGA Hooters Tour, in 2008 and 2009.

At the 2012 True South Classic, Scott won the second tournament of his professional career. He chose a slot in the 2013 Open Championship, therefore he was unable to defend his title there. He later received a U.S. Open entry. Then, in January 2014, he captured the Farmers Insurance Open. He won the competition with a single blow. He successfully defended his Farmers Insurance Open crown after a year. But in the last round of a four-man sudden-death playoff, he was defeated.
Due to his early elimination on the first extra hole, Scott was unable to advance to the following round. But he managed to get a par.
