Dame Dash Early Life
On May 3, 1971, Damon Anthony Dash was born in New York City.
Because his mother passed away from an asthma attack when he was just 15 years old, he is claimed to have sold used newspapers and cleaned barbershop floors as a teenager in order to pay for new clothes for himself.
