Jordan Peele is back with Nope, which is projected to be one of the must-see new movies of 2022, following the tremendous success of getting Out and Us. Peele returns as writer and director for Nope, which is intended to be another completely original concept that also offers his distinct perspective on hot topics.
Peele, who was known best for his Sketch Comedy show Key and Peele with Keegan-Michael Key before Get Out, starring Daniel Kaluuya, Allison Williams, Catherine Keener, and Bradley Whitford, became a success. The film received four Oscar nominations, including Best Picture and Director for Peele, as well as a win for Peele’s original script.
Although Us, starring Lupita Nyong’o, Winston Duke, and Elisabeth Moss, did not receive the same level of critical and popular acclaim, it received similar appreciation from critics and fans.
It should come as no surprise that Nope is generating a lot of buzzes. Unsurprisingly, Peele is keeping his latest project under wraps, just like he did with getting Out and Us, but here’s everything we do know about Nope.
