Sometimes the surgery is minimally invasive, such as Botox or lip fillers; other times, celebrities go all-in with a nose job, breast lift, liposuction, and butt implants (looking at you, Kim)! However, Simon Cowell, a judge on American Idol, The X Factor, and America’s Got Talent, has joined the list of celebrities who look unrecognizable after undergoing plastic surgery.

Simon Cowell Recognizes Having A $2,700 Plastic Surgery Facelift Procedure

Simon Cowell has no qualms about admitting he is vain.

The “America’s Got Talent” host, who will return to judge Season 13 alongside Heidi Klum, Mel B, and Howie Mandel on May 29, told Britain’s The Sun on Sunday that he’d seen plastic surgeon Jean-Louis Sebagh for a Silhouette Soft Lift.

According to the newspaper, the procedure “involves sewing bioplastic-infused thread into the neck and face and tugging it to get rid of sagging skin.” It costs around $2,700.

“You have a lot of options now,” Simon, 58, has Said on Sunday. “You don’t have to stuff the face with filler and Botox.”

Simon, who was photographed behind and in front of at the NBCUniversal Summer Press Day in Universal City, California, on May 2, also told the newspaper, “It hurts like hell, but it gets rid of sun damage and unplugs everything. The British music and entertainment star, seen above in 2015, said he liked getting regular facial massages and was also a fan of getting regular vitamin injections (a cocktail of B12, vitamin C, and magnesium) through an IV drip delivered by a nurse who came to his house.

“I even had a sheep placenta facial once, which was quite out there,” he told the Mirror in 2015.
