Read on to learn more about Bayonetta 3:

In the third game in the Bayonetta series, the unstoppable Umbra Witch must work with some familiar faces, the mysterious Viola, and a lot of other Bayonettas to stop the human-made Homunculi from causing trouble.

In the game, you’ll use Bayonetta’s wicked weapons and her powerful new Demon Masquerade ability to blast, stomp, and slam enemies with over-the-top combos and demonic powers. Demonstrate that you’re the worst witch by fighting an evil that wants to throw everyone into chaos.

Bayonetta’s latest magical adventure and some of the new characters she’ll meet are shown in the game’s new trailer.

A Bounty of Bayonettas:

As you fight your way through the streets of Tokyo, the mountains of China, and other places, you’ll meet a whole coven of Bayonetta’s, each one better than the last! Find out along the way if this mysterious group can really save humanity and what will happen to this group of Bayonettas.

Rough Up Rivals as Viola:

In addition to Bayonetta, players will also control the sassy witch-in-training Viola, who is ready to bring hell to the Homunculi with her sword and her unpredictable friend, the feline demon Cheshire.

Some stores and the My Nintendo Store will also sell “A Trinity Masquerade Edition.” Get up close and personal with the beautiful and scary things in Bayonetta 3 with a 200-page full-color art book. You can also show off the whole Bayonetta trilogy with three reversible game cases, one for each game, that fit together to make a beautiful panoramic piece of art. In the future, we’ll learn more about the Trinity Masquerade Edition and how to pre-order it.

On October 28, Bayonetta 3 will be available for the Nintendo Switch.

On September 30, the original Bayonetta will also be available to buy on its own. You can pre-order a limited number of copies at certain stores, and the game will cost $29.99 when it comes out on the My Nintendo Store.
