In other words, you won’t have to wait too long to hear Uta singing in the actual anime film. In fact, you won’t have long to wait until you can pre-purchase tickets for it. The selling of tickets for the North American premiere will begin on October 6, 2022. With that being less than a month away as of this writing, you can be ready to set sail with your wallets to obtain those tickets soon.

However, that’s not all of it. One Piece Film: Red’s worldwide theatre releases are also included here. According to Crunchyroll, Australia and New Zealand will get to view it a day earlier on November 3, 2022; with tickets also going on sale a day before on October 5, 2022. After waiting until much after the October 13, 2022 release date in Austria and Germany, at least we can all see the anime film together in English.

Based on Eiichiro Oda’s fantasy adventure (and pirate if that’s a genre) manga of the same name, One Piece Film: Red is the fifteenth installment in the One Piece anime film series. As with all prior anime films and the original anime series, this one was animated by Toei Animation (Dragon Ball, Sailor Moon, The Transformers (1984-1990)).

Gorō Taniguchi is the director, with Tsutomu Kuroiwa composing the screenplay, and Eiichiro Oda himself as the executive producer, character designer, and script reviewer. Finally, Crunchyroll has licensed this anime film for distribution in North America.
