It’s a fight to the death.
The Walking Dead’s latest season contains some truly amazing episodes. Season 11 of The Walking Dead contains content from comic book volumes #175–193.
And focuses on the team’s encounter with the Commonwealth. A massive settlement structure with advanced software and over fifty thousand people living in their various communities.
The season also focuses on the group’s conflict with the Reapers, a mysterious group of hostile survivors who invaded and took Meridian, Maggie’s (Lauren Cohan) former home, and her new members, the Wardens. We all enjoy watching the show, and the eleventh season has received positive feedback from critics thus far.
The release date of Season 11 Part 3 has attracted the attention of many people. Let’s look into it today.
The Walking Dead Season 11 Part 3 Expected Release Date
On August 22, 2021, AMC will premiere the last season, titled “The Final Season Trilogy,” which will consist of 24 episodes divided into three eight-episode chunks, with the series expected to wrap up by the end of 2022. It is true that the show will be ending with its last season, which will be tragic.
However, as we all know, all good things must come to an end in order to be permanently engraved in our minds. Those who are looking forward to the release date of the third chapter of the eleventh season, which will be the series’ final season, are speculating about it.
There are just 8 episodes left in the series, and it’s still hard to believe that it’s over.
If you’re wondering when The Walking Dead Season 11 Part 3 will be released, it will only be in 2022, according to the official release date. Currently, there is no set date for the formal release.
However, we anticipate that it will be announced in the near future. Season 11 of AMC’s The Walking Dead has wrapped up production. We’re just waiting to hear back from the authorities. According to our expectations, the final segment of the show will return this fall. But let’s keep our fingers crossed for the best.

The Walking Dead Season 11 Part 3 Plot
Without getting too deeply into specific character arcs, we understand that the final eight episodes of The Walking Dead will need to fulfill two major goals: 1) resolve the Commonwealth narrative that began in Season 10 as well as wrap up the series as a whole; and 2) set up the future of the TWD world, which will continue well beyond the end of the main series (we’ll get to that in a minute).
As for number one, owing to the source material, showrunner Angela Kang and her writer’s room have a thorough road map for how to tackle the final chapter of the Commonwealth plot on the show. The last set of issues of the Robert Kirkman and Charlie Adlard comic book series, which was written by Kirkman and illustrated by Adlard, concludes at the Commonwealth, providing both closure and a heavy dose of sadness (if you’ve read the comics, you know what we’re talking about). Of course, the absence of one of the arc’s most important characters, Rick Grimes, means that the show will be unable to completely duplicate the comic’s conclusion. You can’t fully present the comic’s devastating conclusion onscreen unless you have Sheriff Rick on hand. As a result, when it comes to the series conclusion, expect some further deviations from the source material. We go into greater detail about the Commonwealth arc and how the show could (and should) conclude here, with some spoilers.
But what happens after the Commonwealth of Independent States? While the comic book adaptation of The Walking Dead was able to provide a conclusive conclusion to the adventures of Rick Grimes and his band of survivors, the television series will not be able to do so. Season 11 will have to lay the groundwork for what the TWD universe will look like for the next five years, and it will have to do so quickly. AMC already has numerous spinoff series in development that will continue the stories of several of the flagship’s core characters following the conclusion of The Walking Dead (scroll down for more information…)…
What to Watch Next on The Walking Dead
AMC will not only release two spinoffs and a movie tie-in that will continue The Walking Dead’s story beyond the Season 11 finale, but they will also release an anthology series that will bring back characters from throughout the show’s history as well. Here’s a quick summary of The Walking Dead shows you can expect to see when the series finale airs on Sunday.
Daryl and Carol Spinoff
It was reported that The Walking Dead would be getting a spin-off series right around the time of the final season of the flagship series. According to Den of Geek, this spinoff will have Daryl and Carol traversing the wasteland in a more “monster-of-the-week” fashion than viewers are accustomed to seeing in the main series.
Isle of the Dead (Maggie and Negan Spinoff)
Maggie and Negan, two unlikely allies, will depart Virginia for New York City in this spinoff, which will show the couple exploring post-apocalyptic New York City.
The Rick Grimes Movie
Is this movie ever going to be released? Who knows what will happen! It is still in the early stages of development, but the Walking Dead movie will continue Rick’s journey following the events in Season 9.
Tales of the Walking Dead
The anthology series The Walking Dead will be produced by AMC and will consist of six episodes that will explore a fresh cast and circumstances with each new episode. A number of well-known actors are expected to appear on the show. Samantha Morton will reprise her role as Alpha, and the film will include an all-star ensemble that includes Olivia Munn, Terry Crews, and Poppy Liu.
Fear the Walking Dead
The Walking Dead’s original “companion series,” which follows a whole new ensemble cast as they learn to survive in a different region of the country, is worth checking out if you just want more Walking Dead in any form you can get your hands on!
