The Owl House Season 2 Episode 13 Review

This episode was tremendously enjoyable for me! It should come as no surprise that my favourite sequences were those in which King is lecturing. I’m not sure what it was about them that made them so amusing.

In fact, the comedy that surrounded this show was amazing as a whole. Every single one of Gus’s lines was spot on. Willow and Gus together are one of my favourite couples, and I wish there were more of them. The detention kids were all great, as well, but I’m a little worried about what kind of fanart may come out of Barkis.

Luz was quite likeable, the monster was cool, and Principal Bump is unquestionably an S-Tier character in every way! My favourite moments in fiction are when characters own their faults and change their beliefs without arguing.

I don’t understand why the moment with Luz and Amity has been dubbed the “gayest episode ever,” especially considering how many people have praised it. For example, I suppose Amity could have a thing for Luz, but it’s certainly possible that it’s something else entirely.
