Selling Sunset Season 5 Release Date: Episode 1 Airtime, Cast, Where To Watch And Latest News

By means of Netflix’s “Selling Sunset,” the luxuriant world of high-end real estate brokerage has earned itself a well-deserved moment in the sun — no pun intended — because to its gobs of personal intrigue, lifestyle ASMR, outrageously pricey property, and blinding haute couture pleasures. For four seasons, the Los Angeles-based reality series has provided viewers with an inside look at the inner workings of the Oppenheim Group, a famous Los Angeles real estate agency, as well as intimate information about the personal lives of its workforce of largely female agents.

Season 4, which has been available on Netflix since November 24, 2021, introduced us to some of the Oppenheim girls’ most explosive drama to yet, courtesy of one Ms. Christine Quinn, who played the lead role. When it came to the most recent set of episodes, the show’s resident queen bee and most contentious character went all-in on the other members of the Oppenheim Group, effectively declaring war on them and putting her job at the Oppenheim Group in jeopardy, as well as her own. When she finally confronted Mary Fitzgerald in the series’ finale meeting, it laid the ground for an even more hilarious Season 5 — but when can we expect that season to be available on Netflix?

Selling Sunset season 5 premiere date: When will Netflix release the new episodes?

Selling Sunset season five will premiere on Netflix on April 22, 2022 — and it couldn’t come at a better time for fans of the hit show.

It was clear that season five would be coming when we got our first peek at it at the end of season four’s conclusion in November 2021, yet it was still surprising to see it so soon.

The series has been renewed, but they’ve kept us busy creating a spin-off series called Selling Tampa, which is set to premiere in December 2021.

Selling Tampa follows the inner workings of Allure Realty, an all-female, all-Black real estate business led by sharpshooting Navy veteran Sharelle Rosado as it moves from sunny California to warm Florida.

In spite of the fact that everyone seemed to get along, it soon became evident that there were multiple people within the company that wanted to be in the top-dog position, with fissures hinting that one of the stars would launch a competing enterprise.

Take into account the possibility of a surprise pregnancy, and it is absolutely on par with Sunset in terms of drama!

Who’s in the cast of Selling Sunset season 5?

Even Christine Quinn, whose job at the Oppenheim group has been in doubt since Season 4’s end, will be back for Season 5.

Following a falling out with Mary that led to Christine driving off in her Lamborghini with her husband Christian, Christine herself has indicated that she will appear in “every single episode” of what’s to come.

That doesn’t imply her relationship with the other females will improve.

Her displeasure with her co-stars was aired on Twitter in October 2021, when she accused them of excluding her from group shots and making fans believe she had quit the programme. She added, “got cut off and I’m so over this.” “Throughout seasons 4 and 5, I appear in every single episode. The females don’t take pictures of me.

“I’m not going to sit on my phone all day trying to establish that I’m filming a TV programme because I have a real job to accomplish. I’ll be there for you all.”Along with the letter was a video showing her at the Oppenheim offices, where she sat behind her co-stars and shot photographs while they posed for the camera.

Vanessa Vilella, the show’s newest cast member, has announced that she would be absent from a significant portion of the season due to her battle with Long Covid while filming.

It’s been a while since we’ve seen her, but Page Six just caught up with her, and she addressed her upcoming absence from half the season 4 action: “Five of the eleven weeks of filming were lost to illness. We began filming as soon as I received my COVID in August, so they clearly didn’t want to wait for me.”She admitted to having dizziness issues on set, which led to her being sent home “It’s something I’m still working with. Vanessa and I are going to have some difficulties at work since I’ve been unwell for too long.”

Chelsea Lazkani, a British real estate agent, will join the company as the first on-screen Black cast member of the Oppenheim Group.

After obtaining her licence in 2017, Chelsea worked for Rodeo Realty, a competitor. She’s happily married with two children and eager to return to the professional world after a little hiatus.According to what she told the magazine People, “Great possibilities, I believe, come with far greater responsibilities. This was an opportunity for me to give back, educate, mentor, and encourage the advancement of Black women in the luxury real estate industry.

It helped to have the perspective that I’m here for a reason.

Controversies about Selling Sunset :

Chrissy Teigen, among others, has questioned the show’s veracity. According to the Mail’s interview with a long-time LA real estate agent: “However, no one has ever come across the female employees of Oppenheimer brothers, who are the real deal, As they refer to them on the programme, these “ladies,” as they term them, were brought in to spice things up a notch.” Chrishell Stause has fought back against the reports, posting a photo of her real estate licence online to discredit them.
