The anime is based on the light novel by Rui Tsukiyo. The light novel series first appeared on a Japanese website in 2016. Later, the work was bought by Kadokawa Shoten, publishing it in print in manga format. In 2021, fans were able to appreciate the first season of the show. Soon, fans were worried if there would be a screening of Redo of Healer Season 2. To the delight of an interested audience, the authors decided to renew the story with fresh episodes, despite conflicting reviews from critics.

Redo of Healer Season 2: Do We Have A Release Date?

After the first chapter, the audience immediately became interested in the continuation of the animation. So far the makers have not announced an official release date, but it is expected that the new season will premiere before March 2022. Fans of the anime have to wait for the official announcement to watch the second season.

Redo of Healer Season 2: What Is The Plot?

Kayaru got the opportunity to heal people. The guy thought he had a great gift. However, he soon turned into a tool for achieving other people’s goals. One day, the magician realized that he was wasting his strength, but it was too late. Kayaru was thrown into jail. With the help of the “Philosopher’s Stone”, the sorcerer was able to return to the past four years ago. He plans to correct all mistakes and declare a personal vendetta for the offenders.

Judging by the reviews on the internet, the anime received rather conflicting reviews from critics, and all because of the abundance of explicit scenes that the anime replete with. However, some fans managed to discern many advantages in the show: a cruel and fascinating plot, high-quality animation and motivation of the protagonist.

Once, answering fans’ questions about when the Redo of Healer Season 2 will be released, the author of the manga honestly replied that the fate of the project depends on the audience’s interest. As Rui Tsukiyo pointed out, he sincerely hopes for readership. According to the author, if the manga sells well, then the story will certainly continue.

According to Tsukiyo, if manga is not actively marketed, it has no future. However, as the author of the original version noted, he is surprised that even foreigners are interested in the work. At the moment, you don’t have to worry about the second part of the show, since the renewal has been announced.
