According to a new tweet by the show’s creator, Yusuke Murata, the release date of One Punch Man Season 3 may be postponed. Despite the short delay, fans are excited about season 3 after the previous season launched in July 2019.

As previously stated, there was a four-year break between One Punch Man Season 1 and Season 2. So, based on the previous season gap and buzz of the Japanese Anime Series on Netflix, Season 3 can be expected to release in the summer of 2022. The upcoming season of the series was supposed to begin in 2021, but as we all know, the worldwide pandemic caused by Coronavirus has delayed every production, including the creation of One Punch Man Season 3. However, we are confident that season 3 will be released in 2022.

The top-tier anime is poised to return, but fans were dissatisfied with season 2 of the programme owing to a lack of spectacular animation style and action that was not up to par. As a result, supporters are anticipating more than season 2 in season 3.

Season 3’s plot may be more fascinating than Season 2’s because a new antagonist named Garou was introduced, and we saw Saitama fail to defeat him in the final episode of One Punch Man Season 2.

So it will be extremely interesting to see how our hero devises tactics to overcome the new monster in the upcoming series.

Season 2 of One Punch Man included a significant role for the Monster Association. We saw them all the time. However, we only saw them briefly in Season 2. The show should mostly depict the Heroes Association attacking this organisation by storming their stronghold with all of their top S Class heroes. The show should also investigate the Monster Association’s ties to some of the show’s big antagonists. The third season of ‘One Punch Man’ will be jam-packed with action. However, there may not be much of Saitama or Genos. We know Saitama will be there, and he will almost certainly be confronted by a new villain. Genos appears to be returning, based on the trailers.

More about ending of the season 3

If the creators follow the same trend as the previous season, One Punch Man Season 3 will most certainly take a long time. There was a four-year break between the first and second seasons. Season 1 was launched in October 2015, and Season 2 will be released in April 2019. However, nothing has yet been revealed.

Many people are unaware that the previous season received mixed reviews. Despite the fact that the humour, characters, and storey were highly lauded, reviewers unanimously panned the reduction in animation quality with the shift of studios, as well as the direction, pacing, and combat. The final episode of Season 2 has the feel of a bad season finale. Because the reviews were so negative, anime fans are now expecting at least one or two chapters to provide a more conclusive ending and create enthusiasm.

Season 3 of One Punch Man will be more exciting than the previous seasons. Its plot will revolve around the life of the protagonist, Saitama. Even though Saitama will be the main character in the future season, the arc will give Garou more screen time. His other side, aside from his well-known human-monster persona, will be revealed to the audience. His human side is going to come to light.

One Punch Man Season 3 will undoubtedly include more action-packed episodes with more combat scenes. The battle between Saitama and Garou will be exciting and unexpected. Viewers are well aware of Saitama’s ability to defeat his opponent with a single punch. However, in the upcoming season, Garou will have additional abilities and will receive more screen time than Saitama’s other opponents.
