On August 18, the streaming service announced that the sequel will be available on Netflix on November 4. Mark that date in your calendars now. We’re still waiting for the first trailer, but we now have some pictures from the movie.

Enola Holmes 2 Cast Details

Millie Bobby Brown is back as Enola Holmes, and she told EW that the series is the “most important moment in my career so far” because she created it.

“My job has never been about my age or gender, so everyone on set really respected me and listened to me. It was such a nice place to be able to visit “she said.

Henry Cavill will be back as Sherlock Holmes, but we don’t know if Sam Claflin will be back as Mycroft Holmes yet. If they’re not hiding the fact that he’s back, it doesn’t seem likely.

Louis Partridge said that he would be back as Tewkesbury at Netflix’s TUDUM event in September 2021. He won’t be alone, though. Helena Bonham Carter, Adeel Akhtar, and Susan Wokoma will all be back as Eudoria Holmes, Lestrade, and Edith, respectively.

Sharon Duncan-Brewster, David Thewlis, Hannah Dodd, Abbie Hern, Gabriel Tierney, and Serrana Su-Ling Bliss are all new to the fun in the second movie.

EW says that Thewlis will play a shady police officer and that Duncan-Brewster will play a mysterious character with ties to the case that Enola is looking into. So far, this is pretty much all we know about the new characters.

Plot Of Enola Holmes 2

Netflix hasn’t said what Enola will be doing in Enola Holmes 2, but we can get a pretty good idea from Nancy Springer’s series of books, on which the movies are based.

When we last saw Enola, she had said goodbye to Tewkesbury and finally found her mother, but Eudora had already left to continue fighting for women’s rights. Now that Enola’s other brother Sherlock is taking care of her, she is free to wander around London as an amateur detective. The ending of the movie set things up for Enola to go on another adventure in the next movie.

If Enola Holmes 2 is like Springer’s second book in the series, The Case of the Left-Handed Lady, Enola will probably find a hidden collection of charcoal drawings that belong to Lady Cecily, a girl who has recently vanished without a trace.

Enola will go on a journey to find and save this missing girl without giving away her secret identity or getting caught by her brother Sherlock.

Trailer Of Enola Holmes 2

As part of its TUDUM event on September 24, 2022, Netflix released a trailer for the sequel. Fans were excited to see Millie Bobbie Brown back in her role as Enola.

In the two-minute clip, she starts her own detective agency, but no one takes her seriously until she’s given a case about a missing girl, which turns out to be related to a case that her brother Sherlock is working on. Watch the trailer down below.

Before the trailer for Enola Holmes 2 came out, Netflix showed a short clip of Louis Partridge finishing up his scenes for the movie.
