Louis Tomlinson Breaks Arm After Nyc Show At Irving Plaza

After his show at Irving Plaza in New York City on November 11, Louis Tomlinson got at least one major injury.

On Saturday, Nov. 12, the former One Direction member shared the news on social media, posting a screenshot of a statement from his Notes app alongside two X-ray photos of his arm.

“Thank you to everyone who has so far heard the new album; it means the world to me,” Tomlinson wrote. “Last night’s show in New York was incredible.” Unfortunately, on the way back, I fell and broke my right arm pretty badly. So I’m sorry to say that the in-store signing will have to be rescheduled for next week.

On Twitter on Sunday, Nov. 13, Tomlinson shared an update with fans about his injury after his album release show, writing, “The Support For Faith In The Future Has Been Incredible!! Haha! Pain Relief For My Broken Arm!

On Friday, Tomlinson’s second solo album, “Faith in the Future,” was released. The album contains sixteen tracks, including his lead single “Bigger Than Me” and “Silver Tongues,” which he recently performed on “The Tonight Show.”

Tomlinson talked to The Telegraph about his new album “Faith in the Future” and his time in One Direction with Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, and Zayn Malik before the album came out.

Tomlinson was the last of his four former bandmates to put out a solo album. He said it was “daunting” to start his solo career after One Direction broke up in 2016.
