If you’re looking forward to more cartoon hijinks in The Cuphead Show, season 2 may be closer than you think. Cuphead (Tru Valentino) and his brother Mugman (Frank Todaro) go through all sorts of funny situations with the colorful residents of Inkwell Isles in the Netflix comedy, which loosely adapts the tale of the critically renowned computer game. In the meantime, they must dodge the Devil’s (Luke Millington-Drake) fury, who is going to steal Cuphead’s soul.
While the first season’s episodes maintain a lighthearted episodic plot, the season finale leaves the audience hanging. Cuphead and Mugman are introduced to the nefarious Ms. Chalice (Grey Griffin), who teaches the boys how to carry off con jobs and obtain what they want in style.
Ms. Chalice becomes a ghostly appearance after being caught stealing biscuits from a cookie factory and abandons the lads, leaving them in jail. How will Season 2 proceed with the Devil still on the loose and the brothers in hot water?
