At Casa Cruz in London, Waterhouse celebrated her 27th birthday with Pattinson by her side. Liv Tyler, Cara Delevingne, and Ashley Benson reportedly attended the event with the two.

Pattinson briefly discussed Waterhouse in an interview with The Sunday Times while talking about his love life, including his prior romances with Kristen Stewart and FKA Twigs.
Even though he was complimentary about his ex-wives, the former Harry Potter actor was more reticent to discuss his relationship with Waterhouse, answering, “Do I have to?” when pressed.
