It looks like the star of Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story is currently single. Yes, you read that right: Evan Peters has not been photographed with a woman in public this year.
Evan even went to the 2022 Vanity Fair Oscar Party by himself, but he was seen talking to a woman at the awards show. It doesn’t look like they were dating, though. So, we think that he is now looking for a date.
What Does Evan Peters Look For In A Partner?
In an interview with Cosmopolitan in 2015, the star of American Horror Story said what kind of partner he wanted. He told the news organization at the time, “I guess girls who give me a chance, you know? She doesn’t care if I say the wrong thing or do something stupid or mess up or get poop on my shirt.
Evan said, “She doesn’t mind, and she’ll give me another chance to say the right thing and get over my nerves and insecurity. A lot of girls don’t really want to do that. But there are a lot of girls out there who do, and they’re the only ones I’m really interested in. I don’t need just one chance; I need a few more.”
Evan Peters: Dating History
Emma Roberts (2012-2019)
Evan Peters’s first well-known relationship was with Emma Roberts, who he worked with on American Horror Story. In 2012, they met for the first time. They ran into each other while making the 2012 comedy-drama Adult World with John Cusack.
Later that year, Emma and Evan started dating, and the following year, Peter asked Roberts to marry him. The Sun said in January 2014 that the couple got engaged after the Mare of Easttown star asked Emma to marry him over the Christmas holidays.
Later, in June 2015, it came out that Emma and Evan had broken off their engagement. In September of the same year, almost three months after they broke up, the two lovers got back together.
Peters told Vulture about how he and Vulture met and how they fell in love during an earlier meeting. At the time, he told the media outlet, “I had a crush on her too, but I didn’t know how to approach her, talk to her, or do any of that.”
The star of The Office went on to say, “At the time, I was a more shy actor who tried to stay in character, stay focused, and not talk too much.” But, yeah, I tried to talk to her a few times, but I kept saying the wrong thing.”
Evan said, “I was really awkward and stupid, and I thought, ‘Oh, God, this is not going to work out. I’ll just shut up and stop talking.’ After the movie, we started to hang out, and I began to loosen up a bit. She also started to understand my sense of humor.
Emma and Peters broke up again nine months after they tried to get back together. Their sometimes-on, sometimes-off relationship ended on March 20, 2019. Then Emma started dating Garrett Hedlund, who was in the TV show Friday Night Lights. Roberts and Evan aren’t together anymore, but they have a son together.
A source told Us Weekly around the same time that Emma and Evan were going to break up and are now just friends. “Evan has moved out,” the source said. The breakup wasn’t terrible. Garrett and Emma have been friends for a while, but this is new, casual, and has only been going on for a few weeks.
Halsey (2019-2020)
After he broke up with Emma, Peters started dating the pop star, Halsey. Evan and Halsey were seen together in public in September 2019 while they were on a date at Six Flags.
The next month, Halsey and Peters took their relationship to the next level. At the 100th episode party for American Horror Story, the two lovebirds stepped out together for the first time. Both of them dressed like it was the 1970s for the party.
Later that month, when he was on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the Him & I singer said that the two were dating. For those of you who don’t know, Halsey had a big crush on Evan Peters back in the day.
Even in 2013, Halsey sent out a couple of tweets about the Hollywood actor. The musician went on Twitter at that time and wrote, “Petition for Evan Peters to date me.” She said in a separate tweet, “All I want is cookies and Evan Peters.”
Halsey and Evan’s relationship was going well, and he even went on tour with her, but maybe they were just meant to be together. In March 2020, they ended their relationship.
We still don’t know why Halsey and Evan broke up. When they broke up, the singer of “Could Have Been Me” deleted all the photos of her and Peters from her Instagram account.
