Back on April 30, when the popular country singer Naomi Judd died by Suicide, her husband, Larry Strickland was revealed to be appointed as the executor of her estate.

Note: The Naomi Judd’s will was created 5 years back on Nov. 20, 2017.

Now the breaking news that’s coming out is Naomi Judd had left her only two daughters Wyonna and Ashley Judd from her will.

Her will states grants full authority and discretion to her her husband over every property that’s an asset to her estate.

She also stated, per the documents, that Strickland would be entitled to receive “reasonable compensation” for his services, and that he would be paid or reimbursed for all “reasonable expenses, advances and disbursements, including attorney’s and accountant’s fees, made or incurred in the administration of my estate.”

Naomi had the “sound mind, memory, and understanding, and not under any restraint or in any otherwise unfit to prepare a Last Will and Testament” attested to by Melissa Sitzler, senior account manager at the Tennessee legal company Wiatr & Associates, and another individual named Abigail Muelder.

Naomi also named her brother-in-law Reginald Strickland and Daniel Kris Wiatr, president of Wiatr & Associates, as co-executors in the event that her husband was unable to carry out his duties as executor due to his own death or for any other cause specified in the will.

According to a source cited by RadarOnline.com, Wynonna Judd, 58, is “upset” that she was left out because she and her mother were a successful musical pair known as The Judds.

After revealing their mother’s death, the sisters nonetheless went to her induction ceremony into the Country Music Hall of Fame the next day.
