Nia Talita Long is an actress from the United States. She was born on October 30, 1970. She has won a number of awards, such as three NAACP Image Awards and a Black Reel Award.
Long is best known for her roles in the movies Boyz n the Hood (1991), Love Jones, Soul Food (both 1997), The Best Man (1999) and its sequel The Best Man Holiday (2013), Big Momma’s House (2000) and its sequel Big Momma’s House 2 (2003). (2006). She played Beulah “Lisa” Wilkes on the sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air from 1991 to 1995, and she played Sasha Monroe in the crime drama Third Watch (2003–2005).
