Why Did Nikita Dragun Go To Jail? Everything You Need To Know About Her Arrest

A New York City social media influencer with over 3.5 million YouTube subscribers was arrested on a battery charge on Monday for allegedly throwing a water bottle at a police officer at a Miami Beach hotel.

Nikita Dragun, 26, was charged with four counts of battery on a police officer and disorderly conduct. Dragun had been to New York City the last time on Halloween. He went to Heidi Klum’s annual party in Manhattan.

An arrest report says that police were called to the Good Times Hotel at 601 Washington Avenue because a woman was making a scene and walking around the pool area naked.

Before going to her room, Dragun allegedly threw a water bottle at hotel security.

Officers entered Dragun’s room and heard loud music before informing her that she might be forced to leave the property. Dragun was said to have closed the door on the officers before opening it and threatening them with another bottle. She was arrested and taken to the Turner Gilford Knight Correctional Center.

Dragun, who is transgender, asked a judge if she had to stay in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center’s men’s unit and was told to speak with a bondsman.

She was eventually released.
