Indian news agency ANI said that well-known Indian comedian Raju Shrivastav died in Delhi at age 58 due to Heart problems. His family said that the news was true. Shrivastav died two months after he was taken to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and put on and off the ventilator.
After two rounds of CPR didn’t bring the comic back to life, he had to be moved to the intensive care unit (ICU). After he was taken to the hospital, his wife, Shikha Srivastava, also went to Delhi.
Last month, it was said that his health is stable and that he is slowly getting better at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi. Antra Srivastava, the comedian’s daughter, said in a statement, “My dad’s condition is stable and slowly getting better. He is now on a machine that helps him breathe.
She also asked people to believe the news from his official social media account and the AIIMS statement. “Only what AIIMS, Delhi, and Raju Ji say on their official social media accounts can be trusted. Anyone else’s news or statements can’t be trusted. At AIIMS Delhi, all of the doctors and the rest of their team are working very hard. “We’re grateful to them and to everyone who helped him,” Shrivastav’s daughter said.
Srivastava is best known for his comedy skills. Since the 1990s, he has been doing stand-up comedy. Also, he has been in movies like Toilet: Ek Prem Katha. Srivastava is the head of the Film Development Council in Uttar Pradesh at the moment.
Shrivastav had small parts in movies like Tezaab (1988), Maine Pyar Kiya (1989), and Baazigar (1993) to make money until he got a show on Doordarshan.
