The model kept her pregnancy under wraps until earlier this year when she finally revealed the exciting news. Speaking to Vogue in January, she recounted the moment she discovered she was going to be a mother. “I found out very, very early,” Sofia disclosed to the publication.

“I was about four weeks pregnant. I was on a trip to Milan for fashion week, and I was going to the Prada show. I was doing a really quick 24-hour turnaround, and I felt terrible but didn’t think much of it. I thought it was jet lag.”
Reflecting on their journey, Sofia reminisced about how Elliot, aged 30, had grown accustomed to her sporadic pregnancy tests. She mentioned that since their wedding in April 2023, they had been casually trying to conceive. “He didn’t really flinch when I said I was checking,” she recalled.
“I was taking one of those really unreliable at-home tests, and there was the faintest of lines. I was so used to seeing negatives that I knew when something looked even kind of different.”
Furthermore, she highlighted the unwavering support she received from her husband throughout the process. In March, Sofia offered fans a peek at her blossoming baby bump by posting a mirror selfie on her Instagram Stories with a simple caption that read, “Morning.”
