“It’s been this dark cloud towering over me since December… now that my son is here, I get to move on and enjoy,” Khloé Kardashian said on Thursday’s season 2 premiere of The Kardashians.

Khloé gave fans the first glimpse inside the birth of her kid, who arrived months after her ex Tristan Thompson’s paternity issue first broke, in Thursday’s season 2 premiere of The Kardashians.
Kim Kardashian filmed the emotional moment on camera, and she could accompany her sister to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles for the surrogate’s delivery on July 28.
Khloé, 38, seemed uneasy when Kim, 41, picked her up that day, saying she was “not ready” to have another child. On the other hand, Kim calmed her sister by saying, “You’re never ready, but you’re ready.”
Kim videotaped their walk to the birth room and the nurses’ preparations inside the hospital. The big moment arrived when the surrogate began pushing.
Kim flashed the camera to Khloé, who pulled her mask down and put her hands to her face as physicians encouraged her to push harder. Her infant kid arrived with a little cry just a few seconds later.
“He looks exactly like True!” In the video, Kim can be heard yelling, referring to Khloé and Tristan’s 4-year-old daughter, True Thompson.
Khloé revealed the joyous occasion in a confessional: “I am so appreciative. It’s a wonderful blessing to be able to have.”

Because Khloé’s loved ones couldn’t come to the hospital due to COVID, the Good American entrepreneur FaceTimed them (including True, mom Kris Jenner, and sisters Kylie Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian) and welcomed her son for the first time.
Despite the continuous conflict, Khloé invited Tristan into the hospital to greet his son, as Kim suggested.
“I was on edge about allowing Tristan to come to the hospital, but Tristan wanted to be here, so I figured, why not? This is a moment I’ll never get back, “She confessed in a confessional.
Khloé and Tristan, 31, began dating in 2016 and welcomed their daughter True in 2018. They split in June 2021 before reconnecting in September 2021. Earlier in the episode, Khloé was seen privately dealing with the aftermath of Thompson’s infidelity while carefully guarding the news of her surrogate’s pregnancy.

“I want to keep this quiet for as long as possible for my loved ones,” Khloé, who had not yet announced her pregnancy, stated. “I can’t hear about this for months, about how stupid I am, what a stupid f—- I am… I can’t even begin to imagine it.”
“I’m terrified,” she continued. “It’s terrifying. I believe I am emotionally prepared, however… I’m bracing myself for when this becomes public because everyone is so cruel… and you want to protect this innocent being who had nothing to do with this.”
Meanwhile, Khloé’s family voiced disappointment in Tristan and rallied around her.
“It’s not about the baby; it’s about how this happened,” Kylie, 25, confessed. “I despise her sadness… I adore my sister and am heartbroken that she is going through this.”
“I’m just so upset in Tristan,” she said separately. “I believe it’s messed up that he knew he was having another baby. It makes me very uneasy… In my opinion, this is simply inexcusable.”
Kim and Kris, unhappy that Khloé was depressed during what should be a fantastic moment in her life, also voiced their feelings about the issue — and promised to cheer her up by throwing her a tiny baby shower.
“It’s difficult since she refuses to celebrate anything, but you want to start changing her perspective.
