A surrogate gave birth to Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson’s second child, a boy, last week, a spokeswoman for the celebrity revealed to PEOPLE last week.
Khloé Kardashian is offering her daughter some love now that the family has a new member.
The co-founder of Good American, 38, referred to her 4-year-old daughter True as her “happy sweet girl” on Instagram over the weekend.

According to a source who spoke to PEOPLE, Kardashian has not yet chosen a name for her son.
