Who Is Jack Hanna?

On January 2, 1947, an American was born who previously worked at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium and is now retired. Jack Bushnell Hanna was born in Knoxville, Tennessee, and grew up on the farm that belonged to his family.

Jack Hanna went to Muskingum College in New Concord, Ohio, to learn about business and politics.

During his last year of high school, he got married. Suzi, a cheerleader at Muskingum, married Jack Bushnell Hanna. He got his diploma in 1968.

The couple opened a pet store and a petting zoo. At Hanna’s Farm, a lion hurt a boy who was three years old. The incident happened in 1972 when a boy’s arm got stuck and he had to lose it.

Jack Hanna is still alive. Hanna is also known for working for a company called Wildlife Adventures. He was also in charge of a small zoo and botanical gardens in central Florida.

Jack Hanna has been the host of several TV shows, such as Jack Hanna’s Animal Adventures, Jack Hanna’s Into the Wild, and Jack Hanna’s Wild Countdown.

Where Is Jack Hanna Now?

Jack Hanna is currently resting in bed because he no longer has Alzheimer’s disease. Even though his illness has gotten much worse in the last few months, he won’t be able to go out in public for at least a few months.

Jack Hanna isn’t the only member of the Hanna family who is sick. His daughter Julie is recovering from a major operation and has long-term health problems because she had leukaemia as a child.
