David Gonzalez told CBS News that his brother was put in hospice care last week and died on Wednesday.

Randy Gonzalez said for the first time last April that he had stage 4 colon cancer, which had been found six months earlier. He said that doctors told him he had two to three years to live, but they told him that chemotherapy could add up to five years to his life.
