Dylan Mulvaney has revealed her face in a glamorous new video over a month after undergoing feminization surgery.

The TikTok star posted a video to Instagram titled “Dylan Mulvaney starring in ‘The Face Reveal.'” with a total social media following of over 11 million. She performs a ballerina-style dance at the beginning of the video to Tchaikovsky’s “Swan Lake.”

The video then turns to her getting ready for her curtain call in a black dress with her hair up. She takes a bow and blows kἰsses to the camera. The video then goes to her behind the curtain, where she takes the time to send a special message to her followers.

In a Friday, Instagram Reel, Mulvaney said-

“I’m so happy, and it’s still me, it’s just a little bit softer of a version. And I just hope that all tr@ns and nonbinary people can get the gender-affirming resources that they need because this is life-changing and sometimes life-saving.”

Mulvaney appears in the “Facial Feminization Part 1” video, dancing and posing in two different clothes as orchestral music plays in the background. She kἰsses her supporters before speaking to them personally.

Mulvaney also uploaded a follow-up Instagram on Friday titled “PART 2- the actress,” in which she shared several black and white photographs of herself from a recent session.

Mulvaney continued by thanking everyone who had assisted her in making the big announcement, including her doctor, the director of the video, her makeup artist, and her stylists for the clothes. Moreover, Mulvaney tweeted many pictures of herself in the black gown, beaming, with her fists raised in celebration just hours after publishing the film.

On December 21, the transg*nder activist announced on Instagram that she would have the operation. She captioned the photo, “Huge thank you to @drharrisonlee who took such good care of me! Let the healing begin.”

“Take alllll the time you need,” Dylan wrote on Instagram on December 21. “To start seeing the outside match the inside… well that’s magic, isn’t it? Some might not understand and that’s ok. This one is for you!”

Then, on January 1st, Mulvaney posted a picture of her in the pool with bandages still covering her face.

“A friendly reminder as we start the New Year: Not all tr@ns people desire affirming surgeries or hormones,” she shared in the post. “They are still tr@ns. But when we do, it’s a necessity and a win. Please show up for all tr@ns people the way you’ve showed up for me.”
