Dustin Moyer, a 26-year-old Ruscombmanor Township resident, was killed in an accident and was pronounced dead at the site. A tragic incident involving Dustin Moyer occurred on Basket Road at 12:14 a.m. on Friday, August 25, 2023.

Todd Kegerise, a Berks County deputy coroner, confirmed Moyer’s death at the scene of the crash in the 500 block of Basket Road. It was established that the cause of death was several injuries and that it was an accident.
