Lively, 35, who has daughters James, 7, Inez, 5, and Betty, 2, with Reynolds, 45, announced her fourth pregnancy on Thursday, September 15, at the 10th annual Forbes Power Women’s Summit. An eyewitness said the Gossip Girl alum posed for photos on the red carpet in a sparkly gold mini dress, showing off her growing baby bump.

Reynolds explained his “sabbatical” to LinkedIn News Senior Editor at Large Jessi Hempel, saying, “The biggest thing for me, and I know you have kids as well, is that I don’t want to miss this time with my kids.”

James, 7, Inez, 5, and Betty, 2, are Lively and Reynolds’ three daughters. Betty arrived in Lively in October 2019.

Lively and Reynolds have made a point of respecting their family’s privacy by not posting photos of their children on social media. In 2016, Lively told Marie Claire about her decision. The couple wishes for their children to grow up normally, just as they did.
