Over the last ten years, BTS has become a worldwide phenomenon. With each new album, they break a number of records. They started out in 2013, and they did a lot of training before their big debut on June 12, 2013. But not many people know that Kim Ji-hun was the eighth member of BTS. He was cut by the group’s management right before their official debut.

For those who don’t know, the Bangtan boys were in the news when RM, Suga, and Jimin went live on Reverse after being out of the spotlight for more than a month.

It was Jimin’s first public appearance since he had surgery for appendicitis, and ARMYs were quick to leave love and thanks for the members in the comments section. Taehyung, also known as V, recently told his fans that he had fully recovered from COVID-19 without any problems.

Kim Ji-hun, who is almost a member of BTS, recently talked to Vice Asia about training with the other seven members more than ten years ago. He talked about the parts of the training that he misses the most. He remembered that J-mother Hope would bring them food when they were training and that her half-dried herring was a favorite among the members.

Kim Ji-hun told another story about a time when he woke up with a terrible headache and then started throwing up out of the blue. At that point, BTS’s Suga, whose real name is Min Yoongi, helped him and rushed him to the emergency room. Even though his income as a trainee was very low, ARMY’s beloved Lil Meow Meow filled out all the paperwork and paid the hospital bills.

Kim Ji-hun said that he misses spending time with the members the most. He said, “When we moved into the dorm, we were very far away from our homes and families, so we felt closer together. When we lived together, we felt like a family more than our real families did.”
