The following is a series of daily crime and incident reports issued by the University of Missouri-St. Louis Police Department between April 5 and 11.
April 5: No incidents to report.
April 6: No incidents to report.
April 7: No incidents to report.
April 8: At 1:28 a.m., UMSL PD assisted Bel Ridge PD in dispersing a party at the Pi Kappa Alpha House. UMSL PD contacted St. John PD to check the welfare of an UMSL student regarding comments on social media at 8:37 a.m. An insecure door was found by UMSL PD at World Parkway at 7:15 p.m., but all was in order and the building was then secured.
April 9: An UMSL staff member reported a lost set of keys in the Millennium Student Center at 11:27 p.m.
April 10: At 1:38 p.m., an unknown individual was reported shouting hate speech at an event in the Millennium Student Center. The subject could not be located by UMSL PD.
April 11: At 10:33 a.m., a child was transported to the hospital via ambulance after suffering a seizure at the Child Care Center. UMSL PD assisted while a student and family member moved out of Oak Hall at 1:40 p.m. A credit card was found at the Quadrangle at 5:00 p.m., and was turned in to UMSL PD. A suspicious male was reported on the University Meadows parking lot at 9:56 p.m. At 9:49 p.m., UMSL PD responded to Oak Hall due to a report of a person screaming on the third floor, but no one was located. A laptop was found in the Thomas Jefferson Library at 11:33 p.m. and was turned in to UMSL PD.
